RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made through the booking links available on our website, online via bookvisit, by completing the contact form, by sending an email to info@ladfabriken.eu, or by calling Lådfabriken +46 304 52100.
By making a reservation, the guest(s) acknowledge and agree to comply with the House Habits of Lådfabriken – Creative Seaside Accommodation.
PAYMENT POLICY (terms and deadlines)
The following appplies when a guest makes a reservation directly with Lådfabriken:
- Payment is made in two parts: a deposit and the remaining balance upon check-out.
- A deposit of at least 50% of the total amount is required to secure the reservation and must be paid at the time of booking. The full amount may also be paid in advance to minimise administrative work.
- Payments can be made via bank or wire transfer (e.g. Revolut, Wise, or Swish).
- Credit card payment is available via a secure payment link provided upon request (a 2.8% transaction fee applies).
- A reservation becomes a confirmed booking once the deposit has been received before the due date stated in the confirmation.
- If the deposit is not received by the due date, the reservation may be released. In such cases, the guest will be notified.
- When making a payment, the guest must include their name, reservation number, and dates of stay.
- Any fees associated with transfer services are the responsibility of the guest.
- If a guest encounters any difficulties with payment, they are requested to inform us in good time via info@ladfabriken.eu.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than check-out, either in cash, by credit card, or via on-site electronic banking.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro at check-out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a guest needs to cancel or modify a reservation, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- In the event of a timely cancellation, all amounts paid will be refunded.
- If a booking is changed and the new reservation has a higher price, the guest is required to pay the difference.
- For cancellations made within 42 days prior to arrival, a refund will only be issued if the accommodation can be rebooked.
- In the case of a refund, an administration fee of SEK 350 will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show without a valid cancellation reason approved by us, the full booking amount will be charged.
Guests are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if any changes to their reservation are expected. We aim to remain as flexible as possible and will do our best to accommodate requests.

ADDITIONAL POLICY FOR PACKAGES
The following terms apply to bookings of packages that include services provided by third parties:
- In the event of cancellation, the cancellation policy outlined above applies to the accommodation at Lådfabriken. Third-party providers may charge administration or other fees, for which the guest is fully responsible.
- The guest is responsible for any equipment provided and must ensure that it is returned in the same condition as received.
- The use of safety equipment, such as helmets, life vests, or other materials provided by the organiser, is strongly recommended.
- Lådfabriken’s liability insurance does not cover personal injury, accidents, or incidents involving guests. Guests are advised to ensure that their own travel, home, or health insurance provides adequate coverage.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as war, fire, natural disasters, or strikes, Lådfabriken reserves the right to cancel a booking without liability for any costs incurred by the guest prior to arrival.
In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates. If no suitable alternative can be agreed upon, all payments received will be refunded in full.
