Private hotel
Imagine having Lådfabriken entirely to yourselves — a house by the sea shared only with family, friends or people you enjoy spending time with.
With our private hotel concept, the whole house becomes yours for a few days. Together, we shape the stay around your wishes, whether that means long dinners, seasonal activities, quiet mornings or gatherings around the table. Johan and Marcel are there throughout, personally taking care of both the house and your experience.
Depending on the season, we can arrange shared meals, picnics, lobster or crayfish evenings in the old boathouse by the sea, or advise on activities around the coast.
Lådfabriken is filled with collected porcelain, linen and objects gathered over time, making every table setting slightly different and every gathering personal in its own way. It is a place for slowing down together — well suited for smaller weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings or stays with clubs and associations.
If you wish, additional guests may join for dinner during your stay. The house can also be rented during the day without overnight accommodation.
Conference
Intimate conferences for small groups, where focus, creativity, and togetherness meet.
We offer everything needed to create focused and inspiring conferences for smaller groups. Our scale makes time together efficient and meaningful, with the flexibility to shape the day around your needs.
We take care of the details and create an intimate setting where work and conversation can flow naturally, often combined with playful and engaging group activities.
Interested?
Would you like to have Lådfabriken to yourselves? The accommodation can be booked as a private hotel or for smaller conferences with a reservation of at least four rooms. With five rooms, Lådfabriken can accommodate up to 13 overnight guests, and additional rooms can easily be arranged nearby if needed.
As we are a small and personal place, the private hotel concept is generally not available during the high season. If you would like to know more about possibilities, ideas or pricing, you are warmly welcome to contact Johan or Marcel.
